You can order on the site as a guest, without registering. We will send the invoice and package to the address you entered during payment. We will take the opportunity to say that you should open an account on the site: it will allow you to create a list of favorite items, track your orders and enjoy special offers and benefits.
You can pay by credit card, cash, Bit or Paybox
Orders on the website are processed as soon as they are received, so unfortunately it is not possible to make changes to them. You can return items within 21 days of the order by ordering a free home courier to pick up the items you bought on the site.

Home delivery – home delivery is free with purchases over NIS 299. Orders with home delivery arrive within 4 business days.

Collection from a distribution point – orders to the distribution point will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

You can exchange a product within 21 days of ordering or 14 days of receiving the package. The exchanges will be according to the price that appears on the invoice. If the products you purchased are sold out or sold online only, we will be happy to receive them back and of course reward you in accordance with the cancellation terms.
