How is home delivery carried out? The order will be delivered by courier between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., therefore it is recommended to choose an address where it will be convenient for you to receive the delivery during these hours.
If I wasn’t at home when the courier arrived? When the order starts, the shipping company will send you an SMS message that includes the option to track the order. If you are not at home, you can authorize the courier to leave the shipment near the door or in the electrical cabinet, in which case the company will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss or other indirect or consequential damage of any kind that may be caused to the shipment as a result.
What are the shipping areas? You can place an order on the website for all parts of the country.
How can I return an item I purchased on the website? If for any reason your feeling with the item you purchased is not complete, you can easily return it with a courier to your home for free. You can return items within 21 days of the order or 14 days of receiving the package along with an invoice or exchange note.
What about international shipping? We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected. Milavitsatlv currently uses DHL and FedEx services to ship worldwide, with standard and express shipping options available in most locations. The conditions for canceling/returning the entire order are detailed under the deal cancellation section. Returns and credits will be made according to the price paid for the returned items (not including shipping fees), as it appears on the invoice.
The website owners’ product return policy always complies with and is subject to consumer protection laws. Accordingly, there is nothing in the conditions regarding the return of products to harm the consumer’s rights according to law.
Exchanges are possible within 21 business days from the date of purchase, along with the invoice and subject to any law. The exchange value will be according to the price of the product you bought (not including shipping fees), as it appeared on the invoice.
If the products you purchased are sold out or sold online only, we will be happy to receive them back and refund your money, in accordance with the terms of cancellation of a transaction stipulated by law.
It is important for us to clarify: our product return policy is in accordance with the right to cancel a transaction and the Consumer Protection Law. The website owners’ product return policy is not intended to derogate from the provisions of any law. In particular, the aforementioned does not detract from the customer’s right to cancel a transaction, including in relation to the products listed in this section, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-1981.
Cancellation of transaction
If you purchased a product on the website and regretted it, you can always cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Here’s a summary of the main things:
1. Cancellation times:
You can cancel the transaction within 21 business days of the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the product or within 14 days of receiving a document that contains the details mentioned in subsection 14c(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is the later.
2. Cancellation methods:
The transaction cancellation notice made on the website can be sent by e-mail to the address [email protected].
In the cancellation notice, name and ID number must be stated. So that we can help you quickly and easily, you also need to attach the invoice, and through it we will identify the transaction and the amount.
4. In the event of cancellation due to a defect in the product, due to a discrepancy between the product and the details provided regarding the product, because the product was not delivered to you on time or due to another violation of the terms of the contract (“discrepancy”),
We will return within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice the part of the transaction price you paid for the product, cancel the charge, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and will not charge you any cancellation fees.
5. In the event of cancellation for reasons other than a defect in the product or a discrepancy, within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, we will refund the part of the transaction price you paid, cancel the charge due to the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and charge a cancellation fee at a rate not exceeding 5% of the price The property is the subject of the contract or transaction, or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
